DigiLabs Inc. Appoints Nader Anvari Chief Marketing Officer

Palo Alto, CA—April 28, 2008—DigiLabs Inc. announced today that Nader Anvari has been hired as its Chief Marketing Officer.

Prior to joining DigiLabs, Mr. Nader Anvari held a variety of positions with Eastman Kodak Company since 1985. Most recently, Mr. Anvari held the position of Director of New Market Development with EPS (Electro-photographic Printing Solutions) in Graphic Communications Group in Kodak where he employed a market-driven process to position KODAK NEXPRESS Digital Color Production Presses in new markets such as photo, packaging and security printing. Previously, as Director of Strategic Business Planning, he developed concepts for new businesses, products and solutions, and he introduced The Emerging Landscape vision, which led to several acquisitions that formed Kodak's Graphic Communication Group.
